Interviewed Dec 2010 (took 4 days)
At the time of my interview the management staff was different than today. They were very professional then and they took everything into account. Exceptional management back in 2010. I would recommend to others that they have a set salarie that they have in mind and stick with it, if not you will be paid very little.

Negotiation Details
Nothing was negotiated, you dont have that choice. I am unsure as to what you can do in this case. They dont take into consideration your back ground experince or college degree. I have both and was unable to agree on a salary, but had no choice had to take the job, nothing was availble at the time keep your options open. Do not settle for less than what you know you are worth.
Other Details
I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Skills Test.

Interviewed Jan 2011 (took 2 days)
It was a positive environment. Everyone was nice and enjoyable and made you feel like you were home. They eased any nervousness that I felt. This is a good office and my manager is still what she was the day I accepted her offer: kind , helpful, and always there for support.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
Excellent and beyond what I was looking for. Ask for what is reasonable for your experience and maybe a bit more. But they offered me a very good package. I was looking at the salary and did not even think about the PTO which is excellent and holidays along with the health-care. Health care is average for what is offered all around this area. I was hoping for more but their cost is lower than the hospitals for about the same coverage.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 3 weeks)
Started as a contractor. Wanted a position with Gentiva, but was unable to get the recruiter to return phone calls or respond to e-mails, even after filling out an application online. Transitioned from contractor to regular employee after interviews with a number of people in the company - most unqualified to interview me for my position. Tedious hiring process with high standards. Low standards for performance once hired.

Interviewed Jan 2009 (took 2 months)
HR Recruiter interview (15 minutes), then hiring manager phone interview (30 minutes), Panel interview (1.5 hrs, 3 mngrs). Last interview was intense with one mngr drilling me in-depth on past companies and selling circumstances and techniques...pretty harsh to the point that one of the other panel mngrs apologized for the intense setting.
