Basic overview of what the job function would consist of, what the benefits were and behavior-type questions regarding "Name a time when.. you experienced a difficult customer? ..when you had to go above and beyond to help someone? ..when you had to go outside of normal procedures?

They were not willing to negotiate for higher pay (based on skill and experience) or a relocation bonus, since I had to move. The process involved sending emailed requests to the hiring manager. Turn-around time for responses was within the same day. Very efficient process.. probably because they needed to get people in the door in a short amount of time.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Apr 2012 in Richmond, VA (took a day)
Very basic interview where 3 people asked me questions like "tell us about yourself" as it relates to the description. They also gave me an overview of the position and what they're looking for/expecting. Although I didn't have exact experience in their field I did my best answering with what experience I did have. A few questions about what I would do if blank. What does customer service mean to you etc. It was with a temp agency and got the call I got it less than an hour later.

Interview process was straight forward. They were not looking for someone with my kind of profile and I did not answer 1 simple question. Period... :-) The interviewer was nice and polite, though I made one mistake I thought I could have given a chance once more. Anyways.. no complaints :)

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Richmond, VA (took a day)
I applied at a job fair at my school and got a call from them a few weeks afterward asking if I'd like to do a quick phone interview. I agreed and set it up. I'm a sophomore, for an idea of where I'm at.
The first phone interview was very easy. They were all behavioral questions with one very general technical one, likely just to do some basic screening.
After that, they called me telling me they'd like for me to come down to Richmond and do an on-site interview. The put me up in a pretty nice hotel right near their headquarters. The on-site interview was a series of three 1:1 interviews. They asked quite a few behavioral questions with a few somewhat general technical questions.

Reason for Declining
Location wasn't what I wanted - I wanted to travel a little further away. I also felt I could do a little better with the salary.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Richmond, VA (took 2 months)
I originally had a phone interview with Genworth after I had received an email from them asking to set one up with me. Then at the end of the phone interview they said that based on my answers they would like to have me in for anon-site interview. I went to the on-site interview and interviewed with four people total. First, me and two other people and then another interview were it was me and two other people. I was also given a tour of the Genworth campus.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Richmond, VA (took 2 days)
After completing an internship I gave a final presentation and went through two 30 minute interviews. The internship program is a great opportunity to demonstrate your abilities. I exposed myself to as many people as possible throughout the summer and when I got into the final interviews my interviewers already knew lots about me as well as what I had worked on throughout the summer.

Interviewed May 2009 in Richmond, VA (took 1 week)
I first had a phone interview where HR went through my resume and asked me a couple of technical and behavioral questions. Overall I bombed the phone interview, yet was invited to drive to Richmond to do several 1:1 interviews. Once there I met with several management type people, including the CTO. The questions ranged from softball questions, to really hard ones that I wasn't expected to know. Overall it went rather well I feel.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Richmond, VA (took 3 weeks)
I applied for the role online, directly from the company's website. After a day or two, I recieved an email from an HR representative requesting a phone screen. After completing the 20 minute phonescreen, i was invited in for an initial in - person sceening interview the following week. After completing that, I was invityed backa third time for a half day session of interviews with the immediate hiring manager, several upper level managers, one company execuitve, and a final panelist interview. Everyone at the company was very professional and polite, and the interview questions qwere fair and pointed. No real curveballs. I prepared for the interview by researching the company (and the interviewers, as much as was possible). The role did happen to fit my skill -set, so nothing was really a stretch.
