The online profile test was long & went over a lot of different skills & personality traits. They said it would take an hr but it took me almost 2 yrs. I was interviewed by 2 claims managers who were very through in their bahavioral style interview. They asked probably between 15-20 questions. They also allowed at the end for me to ask them any questions, which I did & they answered them all to my satisfaction & were very positive about the company. In ending they said that I could call them if I had any additional questions or info. to give them. They told me it would take up to 2 wks to find out if I got an offer.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.
