Spoke with the HR rep based in Atlanta, GA for a position in California. Spent about 40 minutes on the phone and was asked basic screening questions using behavioral techniques to elicit my motivations, etc. Was unable to give me additional details about the position or when a hiring decision would be made. Each office is under 'local' control.
