IT Desktop Support Level II Interview (Neutral Experience)
Interviewed at Getronics
Interview Details – A phone interview, followed by an on-site interview with hiring manager. The phone interview was about 30 minutes, just basic background questions, salary requirements, etc. to determine if an on-site should be pursued.
The on-site interview was about an hour long. The first part was a resume review. The rest was a series of behavioral questions. It is good to prepare examples you can use before going to a behavioral interview.

Major Incident Manager Interview (Positive Experience; Average Interview)
I applied through a recruiter and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Getronics.
Interview Details – Basic competency and history questions.

Negotiation Details – It was a contract offer following previously being told that the position was filled.
Pre-Sales Consultant Interview (Positive Experience; Easy Interview)
I applied through a recruiter and the process took 3+ months - interviewed at Getronics in January 2009.
Interview Details – Was first contacted by a recruiter of the organization. After an initial phone interview, underwent 3 more which included a meeting with the GM, then an executive panel interview and finally with a client.

Very Difficult Interview
Network Engineer Interview (Positive Experience; Very Difficult Interview)
I applied through college or university and the process took 1+ week - interviewed at Getronics in November 2010.
Interview Details – Technical written test was conducted.
One to one interview was held with CTO and GM.

Technical Consultants Interview (Negative Experience; Average Interview)
I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Getronics in December 2010.
Interview Details – Interview went from positive (recruiter) to positive plus (unit manager) to Great (director & HR person) back to nothing (switch of HR people). Unfortunately they never gave a 'real reason' why they spent 16 hours + on interviewing and positive notes to No Offer.

Financial Consultant Interview (Neutral Experience; Average Interview)
I applied through an employee referral and the process took a day - interviewed at Getronics in July 2010.
Interview Details – It was an intenced interview that was more focusting on senario questions than logical thinking questions. It wasn't that tough experience yet the interview questions were very general and were full of ambiguities.
