Interview went from positive (recruiter) to positive plus (unit manager) to Great (director & HR person) back to nothing (switch of HR people). Unfortunately they never gave a 'real reason' why they spent 16 hours + on interviewing and positive notes to No Offer.

I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

It was an intenced interview that was more focusting on senario questions than logical thinking questions. It wasn't that tough experience yet the interview questions were very general and were full of ambiguities.
