Interviews start on time and are with 2 supervisors. The questions are general and basicaly cover your application. Depending on which department is hireing, you are asked about the use of tools you will need to know how to use. You ar not really asked about your education, special training or what special skills you may can offer the company.

Negotiation Details
There really is no offer. They tell you the times & pay & if you agree, the only thing that stays the same is your pay. Any increase you may receive will come 1 or 2 months after the date you were told to exspect it.
Other Details
I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
