Interviewed Apr 2010 (took 2+ months)
Too long; lack of clarity about the specifiec duties and hiring manager. Called from two different recruiters who were not on the same page. When meeting with the team, one person made negative comments about the hiring manager and also commented on the poor management within the company.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Foster City, CA (took 2 weeks)
one-on-one interviews following the presentation consisted of drilling and detail oriented questions that were pleasant mannered and not deliberately directed towards down playing one's self respect. Dynamic group of workers with a lot of enthusiasm for their work and interest in the company's success. Challenging environment to work in so the perception was if an interviewer can pass a tough interview, they can survive the company culture.
