Interview Details – Gilly Hicks holds group interviews. Questions included: define diversity and what it means to you, describe a time when you had to overcome a challenge, describe a time when you had to work in a team, and more.
Interview Question – There weren't any unexpected questions. I just found it difficult that since this was a group interview, if you are one of the last ones answering the questions, it can get difficult to think of an answer to a question when most people have already said what you wanted to say.
