State Director Interview

Anonymous Employee
Grand Island, NE

I applied through other source and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Girl Scouts USA in February 2009.

Interview Details – Invited to interview at the local office by the direct supervisor. Invited to a second interview at the corporate headquarters by the CEO. First interviewer had structured questions. Second interviewer offered more general questions that were not structured. The two interviews represented a disconnect between expectations for the position. The interviews were held in an office environments. Both interviews were not on time and the applicant was left sitting in an awkward area for waiting and in a heavy traffic area.

Interview Question – What would your co-workers say about you?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Negotiation phase was short only lasting a few days and was done over the phone.
