Since you're not supposed to criticise your current employer AT ALL, this is a trick question. A good response would be something like this:

"I wouldn't put it as something my current employer doesn't do right. There are opportunities to refine how we do things - for example, I've been working with my manager and colleagues to implement a code library. That would save our web development team from reinventing the wheel."

That's a good response because it answers the underlying point, shows you have tact, have ideas, carry them through to implementation, work well in a team, and believe in knowledge-sharing.

An alternative would be to note inter-team rivalry, and how you've worked to share knowledge across teams by extending refusing to let team boundaries prevent you from helping colleagues in other teams.
