Interviewed May 2010 in New York, NY (took 2 weeks)
Applied to this summer internship on Monster.com in March 2010 as a sophomore at school. Pretty much forgot about it until I received an e-mail in May requesting an interview at their HQ in Queens. I hadn't had much interviewing experience for "real jobs" in business, so I tried to appear as professional as possible. I researched the company and tried to be prepared for any tough questions. There were no tough questions.
First I met with the Regional Sales Manager for the NY/Long Island area for a 1-on-1 in which he gave me a brief background of the job and the company. He didn't ask me any questions. Then I was interviewed by the District Sales Managers, one for NYC and one for Long Island. They asked very basic behavioral questions, and then basically tried to sell the job to me. I felt like the whole time they were trying to impress me more than I was trying to impress them.
A week later they called and offered me the job.

Negotiation Details
No negotiation, $15/hour and $.50 per mile for gas reimbursement. Didn't know before I started working there that I'd pretty much be getting paid 8 hour days every day and only working an average of 3-4 hours per day. Not bad.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
