Recieved the interview from a friend referral to the manager. From there was a one on one interview with a normal interview format. The second interview was a test on knowledge based on information given in the first interview. If passed, an offer is presented.

Negotiation Details
Negotiation is only on hours and vacation. Financials cannot be negotiated.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
