Interview Questions
It was mainly general discussion around situations, challenges, how did I solve things in the past.
Negotiation Details
Open, straight forward. Not difficult to negotiate. Benefits are a bit weak, so more comp helps.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
