Negotiation Details
Open, straight forward. Not difficult to negotiate. Benefits are a bit weak, so more comp helps.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

These all companies are just collecting resume. The recruiter calls and talk about 30 minutes and next you will see email stating thank you letter. I really doubt they have real job
