Very stressful interview. Too many rounds. HR interview is stupid, but the interview with executive director was difficult.
Too much stress on sales and less on marketing even though the position was for marketing. Overall a very good expereince

The whole process is very good. I get an interview email informing me of an behavioral interview, and get the interview a week later. The questions are common. Then, I was invited for the second round in the office with 3 different interviewers in a row. I did well. After a week, I got another interview call. And then, I got the offer.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week - interviewed at GlaxoSmithKline.

    Interview Details

The process was pretty informal. I had conducted a good phone interview that was about 30 minutes long. When i was brought in for a face to face interview, i had the impression that they already wanted to hire me, and were just bringing me in to make sure i wasnt a psychopath. Most of the people i have met are very relaxed, and are focused on making sure the people they hire work well in the environment

    Interview Questions
    • For me, the most difficult question was answering where i planned to be at the end of my contract.   Answer Question
