The interview comprised of -
First round interview over the phone.
Second round interview - Assessment Center including multiple tasks
- Personal Interview with HR to check compatibility with corporate values
- Group discussion where you first pitch your investment idea and then decide 1 among 4/5 ideas.
- Written exercises.

Received email from recruiter to set up phone interview. Good phone interview. Recruiter askedquestions but also gave some good pointers for one on one interview. Senior rep was also present at tne interview with hiring manager to answer questions.

The initial phase consisted of a phone interview and then a 1 on 1 interview was arranged with Manager and an HR person present. A second interview which put case studies and another Manager to do role play with was arranged. Finally, met with national sales manager and then got an offer.

You first get an HR phone interview, then it proceeds to an interview with the direct manager. If they like you, the next step is you are given a basic pharmacology book and 24 hours to read it. They give you a test of about 50 questions and you have to score a 95% to pass. Then you are asked to submit to a background check and drug test.
