Easy 30 minute interview for round 1. Was flown out to Philly for a full day "Assessment Centre". First had a night time overview of the company and position, followed by 7am-5pm interview process the next day. Included role playing exit interview, case study and presentation, written work, 1on1 interview, group presentation. Very difficult and exhausting.
Interview Questions
Conduct an exit interview as the manager and decide what should be done with the employee based on some information.
Present why a specific country should be used for sourcing above all others after reading a case description about that country.
