Submitted my resume at my school's career fair. Got an email from them about a month later asking to set up an interview. Interview was with 2 managers, and was all behavioral. Not very tough, just refresh on your past projects and experiences and it won't be hard at all.

Interviewed May 2009 (took a day)
The Territory Manager basically wanted to get a feel for my knowledge of the industry and my selling skills, particularly "cold calling". Other than that, he then started selling me on the 100% commission based compensation; when you get to this point it means that he or she is interested in giving you an opportunity.
