Interviewed Jan 2010 in Nagpur, Maharashtra (India) (took 2 days)
It was two rounds of telephonic conversation at first which lasted one hour each. After that, I was called for an in-person interview at their Pune location where a senior management guy just asked about titbits of technical understanding of .Net. And that's all.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Upanta Thala (India) (took 5 weeks)
Too poor. They took 2 rounds telephony and 2 face to face as I had come from top notch compnay .poor technical interviewers .they don't have any knowledge. I advice them to make it as BPO compnay where they work on telephony calls not on actual technical work. They hire from outside and hold a person for months. They then fire once people get offer.

Interviewed Mar 2007 in New Delhi (India) (took a day)
I had appeared for a walk in. I was made to feel very comfortable and was taken care of by the HR personnel as I had just landed after a very long journey.
After this I gave a written test consisting of logical ability, technical knowledge and general questions (would put that under personality maybe). There was a short HR interview after this.
After a few days I had a phone interview which was completely technical.
In a few days time I was told I had had been selected and was sent the offer letter.
The HR was very flexible with my joining date, very realistic and adjusting.
