I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation and a Background Check.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in New York, NY (took 3 weeks)
Kind of a 'junior' in that the process started with a recruiter, manager, director, and a role play. Rather easy but the people interviewing were quite illiterate when answering my questions. Doesn't seem that many people know what GlobalSpec does or at least have a difficult time explaining it.
No worries though. If you know the industry you will do fine
