Interviewed Feb 2012 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took a day)
They immediately replied to my application and offered the opportunity to visit their premises for a skills test.
This was an one off test, which means that failing to get their standards does not give a second opportunity.
Very friendly environment, great and intelligent people, though were looking for something else, with more ability to write very efficient code. The company's culture though seems really interesting.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in City of London, England (United Kingdom) (took a day)
The First round is a paper-and-pen skill test, which covers probability theory, statistics, portfolio theory, and computational skills. Every question starts with every basic ones, and gets harder towards the end. The time is 90 minutes, a bit tight if you spend too much time on the difficult questions. The best strategy might be tackling the easy ones first and come back for the difficult ones.
