There is a primary phone screen followed by multiple panel interviews with management and senior developers. The phone screen is mainly around resume analysis, with some easier technical questions at the end. The on-site panel interviews dive deeper into your technical aptitude, as well as behavioral questions. They don't seem to care as much about educational credentials as they do your demonstrated ability to develop applications, and how quickly you adapt to change.

I interviewed through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week - interviewed at GoDaddy in May 2014.

    Interview Details

I was initially contacted by a recruiter. We talked through my current responsibilities, about Go Daddy, and the multiple positions that I had applied for. She had me choose which one I preferred to interview for. I went for an on-site interview the following week where I met with 5 people. One VP, one Director, 2 Managers, and 1 Developer. The interviews were mostly behavioral with a few technical questions. With the developer, I was given a small set of requirements and had to write the code and unit test. I received an offer 2 days after my on-site interview.

Interview process consisted of a phone screening by HR (technology specific), then a review of qualifications again, after application processed. An in person interview with the interested team was scheduled and at the close of the in person interview, a timed skills tested was administered by the HR rep. Upon completion and passing the exam, a tentative offer was received basing on a background check and credit report check.

I interviewed through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at GoDaddy in March 2014.

    Interview Details

I talked to them at a job fair and they were super friendly. I got scheduled for an interview for the following day and it was with a different recruiter who was also friendly. The interview was very relaxed and almost informal. It did not feel like the other interviews, in that we were able to speak casually.
After that I was asked to do an online assessment that took 45 minutes that consisted of: personality questions, employment history questions, and an actual simulated sales call. It was very intense.
After that, I was asked back for a second interview at their office. That was a more in-depth interview that the first but I was asked some of the same questions and basic interview questions. That part was about 20 minutes then I was given a tour of the sales department, which was awesome.
I am waiting to here back now. They said they would have an answer for me in two week.s

I interviewed through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at GoDaddy in March 2014.

    Interview Details

I met a recruiter at the career fair, who offered to schedule an on-campus interview on the spot. After my on-campus interview, it took them about 2 weeks to get back to me, where they offered me an on-site interview. The on-site took me through 4 rounds of interview (backend, frontend, algorithms, design) where I got through a variety of questions since I was interviewing as a Software Developer Intern.
I had an offer deadline that same week, so they got back to me the next day with a phone call.

    Interview Questions
    • My on-campus interview had tough question about displaying the top 10 tweets (from the whole world) from the previous day on a website.   View Answer

Took about a week to get contacted by email. Next came a phone interview, where basic internet/computer questions were asked. Interview was about a week after that and was a group interview. Included a timed test to check your ability to multi-task, which I was told was more important to finish it than to get the answers correct. Training is pass/fail.

    Interview Questions
    • The programming question was flipping image binary data so that the left-most pixel and the right-most pixel are swapped, and keep swapping the bytes from the outermost pixels to the innermost pixels. So it becomes a mirror-image. The mirror image data is given in a single byte array with additional parameters: width and height. The image is represented in integers, with groups of three to represent the red, green, and blue (rgb) values of a pixel.   View Answer
