The process took 2 days - interviewed at GoDaddy.

Interview Details – Very easy, went to a group interview, they asked a few things about my work experience and about myself. They walked us around the company. Then I went to a language test that was very easy also.

Negotiation Details – Very nice people to work with, the salary was pretty decent and competitive. You will go for a 4 weeks training after the process.

I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at GoDaddy.

Interview Details – Very Simple (last I heard) - Call, interview, group meeting, no real testing anymore. One on one interview going over basic computer skills and two weeks training. Most agents start working a few weeks after they interview as training. It will help if you have constitutive angle on the skills, as well as good computer and people skills.

Interview Question – Godaddy had a test but as I hear , they no longer require it to be hired.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – They offer going rate, the is now real negation for entry level.

I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at GoDaddy.

Interview Details – Filled out an online app, went through a phone interview, had an in person interview and a very easy test

Interview Question – Most of the questions are the typical explain a time in your life where...?   View Answers (2)

Reason for Declining – I declined because the recruiter lied about the how the scheduling works. Was told that everyone gets one weekend day off a week which usually rotates between Sat and Sun. When I was called during my background check about what shift I wanted I was told that that is not how they worked the schedules were mostly Thurs through Mon working overnight. Unless I wanted to drive to north scottsdale where they had M-F shifts that were mid day. This job is for single people, if you have a family or a spouse dont work here because you will never see them.

I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at GoDaddy in October 2011.

Interview Details – Group interview with Thurstone Mental Awareness test (which wasn't that hard, but some people managed to fail), then I was offered, as were a few others, the option to interview the same day instead of coming back a week or so later, so I took them up on that. A few days later, I was getting a few phone calls working out shift times, accepting the offer, taking a drug test, getting my background check completed, and presto... now I'm in!

The process took 2 days - interviewed at GoDaddy in September 2011.

Interview Details – You attend an informational session where they describe benefits and give you 3 tests. There's a godaddy culture test (what do you think of their ads etc), a 10 question IT skills test (what's a cookie, what does an ssl certificate do, name a blog creation software (like wordpress), name an ISP), and a 126 question intelligence test that you have 22 minutes to complete and must answer at least 65 correct. If you score >65 you get offered an interview.

The interview was mostly about IT technical questions. Name 2 ISPs, what makes a strong password, what is an FTP, what services does godaddy offer, what is an IP address, what is the most useful sales concept/technic for this type of job.

If you are offered a job you do a 2 week training course before you answer calls.

I applied online and the process took 1+ week - interviewed at GoDaddy in August 2011.

Interview Details – The Thurstone testing was insane! Not enough time. I am heading back to retake the test. We'll see...

Interview Question – So many technical questions I can't remember to much about it being worried about answering correctly. One question that I vaguely remember, why are cookies on your computer?   Answer Question
