Applied online. got called for an interview. second interview was a personality test online. After both were completed a drug and background test were taken. Passed both.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Applied online. Received call from hiring representative. Offered 1:1 interview with District Manager and Store Manager. 1 week later offered job immediately after interview. Given paper work to complete drug test with no direction of where the facility was located. Difficult follow up communication. Completed drug test and background check. Working in store within next week.

Negotiation Details
No negotiations about anything. Wireless Consultants make $8 hour plus very scewed commissions. Poor commission structure, poor product inventory, and minimal incentive to stay with company.

Wasn't that hard, the district manager and the store manager were there. They both interviewed me and had me sell them phones.

Hiring process was like what to be expected. It was very short and sweet with the hiring manager promising the world and telling me that my list of duties would be one thing, but when I was hired and trained for my position I ended up doing the more of the managers job and less of mine in order for the manager to do more sales.
