Was asked to come to an interview with the manager. Overdressed, and was much too nervous. They're looking for laid back, mellow, but professional people. Wear a button up, untucked, and just be yourself and you should be fine. Was asked simple questions such as why do you want to work here? What experiences will help you in this job, etc...
