Interview Details – Initial interview by phone with recruiter, second face to face interview with Director of Operations, third interview with HR, fourth interview with Regional VP. Use of targeted selection interview process, questions are behavior based. Most stringent process I've ever been through to get a position.

Interview Details – My original interview process was a very comfortable event. The director made me feel at ease and encouraged an open dialogue about the expectations of the job, my background, skill and experience. There was ample opportunity to ask questions about the position and the background of the company. The director took her time looking through my portfolio of editorials and graphic designs. I was very pleased with the interview and felt very good about it.
Interview Question – There really wasn't a difficult or unexpected question. I was prepared from a skill and experience standpoint and the director was equally as experienced in the interview process. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – At that point in time, the company we thrilled to find someone local with the skill sets they were looking for. I was able to name my price.

Interview Details – I came into the building, went into the DON's office, filled out paperwork and took a drug test. Never got an interview. They don't know who they are hiring until the background check comes in.

Interview Details –
An in-house recruiter contacted me. He was very professional and pleasant. He did the initial screening over the telephone, and I do not remember any specific questions, they were all standard. After the screening, he scheduled a face-to-face with the hiring manager.
I went and they called me back for a second interview with a different hiring manager. That one had different requirements that better fit my skills and interests.
Interview Question – There was an authoring tool that I used in a previous company I worked for that I listed in my resume. I had not even thought about this tool for about 10 years. The interviewer asked me to explain how I used it, to give a scenario. This was not a tool I would be using in the job I was applying for either. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I was very happy with the recruiter and his handling of all the negotiations. I was awarded a fair relocation allowance and it all went smoothly.

Interview Details – After obtaining my KS Pharm Tech license, I did a quick phone interview. After finishing the skills assessment, I was called to schedule an interview about a week later. I went in for the interview, and it was great. I was interviewed by the PIC, who was very nice. She asked me questions about specific situations from my previous jobs, and how I handled each situation. She ended the interview by asking me a few questions just about me and my personality - what kind of person I am, am I a leader or a follower, etc. Two days later I was called and offered a position!

Interview Details – I expressed an interest in the new pharmacy position and was contacted by a recruiter who directed me to an online application process. I was then contacted to set up a phone interview and eventually a panel interview. Everyone was very professional and engaging from my initial contact to the receptionist and the panel.

Negotiation Details – I felt the compensation was a little lower then I had expected. Would not negotiate but did intimate opportunities for advancement.
