Interview Details – I was interviewed first by the Director Operations, once they short listed me, I was called to HO at Gurgaon. At the HO I was interviewed by the Director operations, MD of the company. They then recommended my candidature to the owner of the hotel. I then travelled to jaipur and me the owners who approved of me.

- Why do want to change the job after working with the company for 24 years? Answer Question
- You have always worked in a business hotel, Jaipur is a leisure destination, how will you handle the situation? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I had made my expectations and requirements clear at the start of the process thus there was not much issue.
