Interviewed Jan 2012 in New York, NY (took 3 weeks)
I gained a first round interview through campus recruiting. The interview consisted mostly of fit questions and 2 interviewers. They asked me to pitch a stock and talk about about one industry that I thought would have large growth potential. One of the interviewers was not attentive, texted on his phone while the interview was in session.
There is a checklist of qualities that they look for and a rating scale (below average, average, good, excellent). Get this from a current employee and prepare your answers catering to what they want.
