Interviewed Mar 2009 in Singapore (Singapore) (took a day)
The company first sent me email to arrange time for a phone interview. Subsequently, I was contacted by a person, Head of Derivative Trading team, to conduct the interview. Generally, she was very friendly and nice. The interview lasted about 30 mins with questions mainly regarding personal interest in the bank, knowledege in the banking industry, other employers and departments that would like to work for, vision for future career, strengths and weaknesses, language proficiency, financial modelling skill. Finally, I asked her three more questions about her team specifically in training policy for intern, working culture, experience in resolving the conflict in teamwork.

Reason for Declining
I had another offer for an international immersion programme to other countries, which is scheduled at the middle of summer vacation and hence can't fulfill both internship and programme without interruption for either of them.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview.
