Interviewed Mar 2012 in Jersey City, NJ (took a day)
I applied as a Sophomore Electrical Engineering student to Finance, Securities, and Technology summer positions, and was contacted in February for an on-campus interview for Technology. I had two interviewers then in a 2:1 interview, one girl from HR and one guy from the Tech department. They were warm, friendly and professional, asked a couple of programming questions (What is a Constructor/Destructor, Compare OOP with PP), a brain teaser, an ethical question, and had me walk them through my resume. I felt I came off as friendly and intelligent, though I had trouble answering their technical questions. Despite this, I was contacted for a followup at a Superday the following week.
My Superday was in Jersey City building with all Infrastructure specialists. A very different environment than a college career center, I really could tell they try and make employees feel comfortable and relaxed... and I felt that way too. Overall, a very friendly and professional experience, and I had three 1:1 morning interviews back to back with three VP's (my impression of VP's is that they're a level up from senior analysts in their fields). My interviewers asked more questions about my resume and prior internships than general technical questions. I got the impression that either my interviewers requested me specifically, or they assigned me to a department which my skill-set worked with, because they all seemed versed on the subject of my previous internship.
The first interview was decent, but I didn't feel like I personally connected to the interviewer. My second interview went pretty well, I really hit it off with the interviewer and we went over the allotted time by a decent amount. By the third interview, I felt like I was on a roll... but I was also starting to get exhausted from all the interviewing. I think I wrapped up well though.
Exactly one week later, I was contacted by my recruiter and informed I didn't make it. She was very polite and professional about it, but didn't really offer anything else in terms of advice or comments. (Nor did I ask.)

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Jersey City, NJ (took 2 months)
Had a one on one interview which lasted 30 minutes. I then was placed on "hold" for about a month and was then finally told to come into their NY/NJ offices for a super day where I interviewed 5 separate times with two different teams. Each had a unique style asking. Some coding on paper, some more fit oriented.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Jersey City, NJ (took 2 days)
First there was a 1:1 interview on campus. I was interviewed by a very friendly person who was a senior manager at the firm. The interview was resume based and behavioral. He asked a lot of questions on the projects I was working on and how would solve certain problems if they came up during the development of my projects. Then I was invited for an On Site interview, where I was interviewed by three people from my team.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Jersey City, NJ (took a day)
A former co-worker submitted my resume to the hiring manager. Everyone was nice and friendly. The interview took 1/2 hour. I emailed Thank You notes to the interviewers. No one responded. I called HR person to find out status. I was informed they will let me know, but I never heard from them again.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Jersey City, NJ (took 2 weeks)
The company HR did not clearly describe the format of the interview. The interview was at 10:00. It didn't start till 11:00. They put me in a room and made me wait for the next person. After the 5th person, I got quite vexed. Not because I wasn't interested but it wasn't what I expected. The questions were basic and repeatative , till a network manager came in. I left the place at 3:00 pm, quite upset. The chance I had was good but I was not prepared for the style.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Jersey City, NJ (took 4+ weeks)
I got my first interview on campus when the company came to visit. It was two-on-one. I interviewed for the Network Infrastructure. It went very well. I got feedback that I was on the right track for the job. During the second round, I flew to Jersey City and interviewed with three people. I thought the interviews went well. I definitely thought I had the job. Two weeks later, I got a call and I was not given an offer. A couple of days later, I got a follow-up call, and I was told that I did very well, but I was running against a junior and they were thinking of full-time positions. I didn't really fell that much better though.
