Interviewed Dec 2011 in New York, NY (took 6+ weeks)
I haven't yet completed the interview process--I began with a 20-minute phone interview, and will soon take part in a 3-hour interview in-office with the other applicants for the same job. I'm not sure how the 3-hours of interviews will be structured, but I heard from a current analyst that VPs from the division will interview each applicant as a group for one part of the interview. During the phone interview, I didn't have to answer any questions about the job I was applying for, or the company, and my interviewer was very easy to talk to.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in New York, NY (took a day)
The interview was a two step process. First the interview at the college campus, then they would invite you to fly to New York for a full day of interview with different employees of the company. Be prepared to answer questions about yourself. The questions were not that difficult but as I good interviewee you need to have those right on top of your mind.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in New York, NY (took a day)
3 1:1 interviews. Very straightforward, asked me general questions about my resume, why I wanted to work there. I really enjoyed the whole process. Unfortunately there was only 1 opening, and they invited ~10 people for a superday so the numbers were kind of stacked against me. Great learning experience overall.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in New York, NY (took a day)
Consisted of two separate 2 to 1 interviews. Each took thirty minutes. People were serious, but not discouraging. Make sure you know the vocabulary related to the position you are applying for. It took around 2 months for them to get back with the offer.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Jersey City, NJ (took 2 months)
Had a one on one interview which lasted 30 minutes. I then was placed on "hold" for about a month and was then finally told to come into their NY/NJ offices for a super day where I interviewed 5 separate times with two different teams. Each had a unique style asking. Some coding on paper, some more fit oriented.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in New York, NY (took 5 weeks)
The phone interview was generally about my background and why I was interested in a career in Finance. Then the 1:1 interview as about my background and again, why I wanted to go from Bench research to Finance. The Panel Interview was more of the same, with typical hr questions.
