Interviewed Mar 2008 (took 3 months)
The process consisted of three rounds of interviews. The first interview included 30 minutes meetings with junior managers and peers. Second and third round interviews were conducted by senior managements. Questions asked included personality type questions (how well do you manage stress; when do you feel motivated in a job) , scenario based questions (have you ever been confronted by a team worker and if so, what did you do) and to examine your goals and asiprations.

Interviewed Aug 2008 (took a day)
HR- basic background questions (ie, education, experience, outside interests)
1:1- quantitative questions mostly dealing with probability and statistics; even went into number theory when I expressed an interest in it; then asked about programming experience, especially matlab, vba, c++, etc.
Overall, standard interview but felt they intentionally trying to expose potential weaknesses any way possible.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in New York, NY (took a day)
The interviewee first introduced him self and their group, then he asked if I have any question to ask him. Next, he asked me 3 math finance questions, which are not difficult but preparation definitely makes you find them easier. No c++ type questions and it is a fairly easy interview.
