Interviewed May 2010 (took a day)
The interview process was pretty straight forward. A lot of behavior based questions and a review of relevant experience. The on site was 4- 30-60 interviews with different groups of people. Feedabck was pretty quick and the people were friendly and helpful.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Everett, WA (took a day)
I was contacted by a member of HR and had a basic phone interview. She scheduled an on-site interview that consisted of 2, 4 member panels asking prepared interview questions. The panels were made up of a diverse group of people, from managers, HR, engineers and quality inspectors. The questions were mainly the typical, generic interview questions but there were a few technical ones also. The hiring manager gave me a tour of the facility and we talked more about the job.
The facility seemed very organized and efficient and it is a pretty small group of people that work there. I did get the feeling that the compensation isn't as high as other companies in the industry.
I was told I would hear back from them in a couple weeks, but I never did. I left a voicemail with the hiring manager and he never returned my call. I think that is pretty unprofessional, and I probably wouldn't consider working for Goodrich in the future.

Received and Accepted Offer

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Opa Locka, FL (took 3 weeks)
I was initially contacted via LinkedIn by a GR recruiter who asked if I would consider opportunities with their company. She passed my information on to the local hiring manager who set up a 1-hour phone interview with a group of employees. The phone interview focused mainly on my personality and how I would react in certain situations, rather than my skill set. About 3 days after my phone interview, a recruiter in NC contacted me to schedule an on-site interview with the same group of employees. The on-site interview lasted about 1. 5 hours. They asked more technical questions, asked me to reiterate ro elaborate on some of the responses I gave over the phone and gave me a tour of the facility. I received an electronic offer letter about 3 days after that.

Negotiation Details
The offer provided by Goodrich was electronic and only allowed me to accept or reject, so I contacted HR about the negociation process. They told me to reject the on-line offer and send a counter offer to local HR and the hiring manager to review. About 2 days later, I received a new offer that was acceptable. They did not meet all of my demands, however they were able to negociate some other beneifts to make up the difference.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
