Process wasn't very smooth, got bounced around a lot between different recruiters and had to resend my CV and cover letter. Interview process was quick once I eventually got referred to the right person. Interview itself was tough but interesting. The interview consisted purely of technical questions, including (tough) Java Concurrency/Generics questions and some networking/protocol questions.
