Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 2 days)
I got the call from their HR that I'd been shortlisted for the recruitment process and asked me for the dates that I'd want to appear. Then there was a written test which was multiple choice and consisted of 4 sections- Verbal,Quant,Logical reasoning and Data Interpretation.
Clearing that round, I was called on for the face to face interview . It was asked to do market sizing ang estimation for products an services. As per the requirements and the performance, a few rounds more with the senior executives after this.
Work culture was not bad. People were pretty much chilled out.
The CTC offered was Rs 5 lacs p.a.

Interviewed Jan 2012 (took a day)
The interview process was pretty simple and straightforward. All interviewers (I had 3 of them) were more interested in my analytical skills and approach to problems and spent minimum time on HR questions (5 minutes at max in each round).
HR QUESTIONS:
> Tell me something about yourself.
> Tell me more about your involvement in college activities.
CASE STUDIES/GUESSTIMATES:
> Give me the market size for luxury men’s watches priced at Rs. 50,000 in India. (Moderate difficulty)
> Give me the market size based on volumes sold for video projectors in India. (Very High difficulty)
> Analyse the bidding options for a contractor who wishes to take up management contract for the main car parking lots at New Delhi Railway Station. (Easy difficulty, but very long and detailed)
The first round was with a project manager. He was a very nice guy and started with the customary “Run me through your CV/Tell me something about yourself” question. Then he simply told me to solve a case, the one about the luxury watches that I have mentioned below. I got 15-20 minutes for that. After I had solved this, we discussed on the approach, he asked for some clarifications and fired a few questions. I had an answer for all of that. This took around 10 minutes. Then he asked if I had any questions for him. I asked about the companies work and initial days as an analyst. We chatted ina friendly manner.
Then came the 2nd round with the company Vice-President, and I was obviously very nervous. The VP was a middle aged professional looking man, but I felt relaxed after the first minute itself. After the first 5 minutes of “Give me your background”, etc. we jumped straight into the case study regarding Projector sales. This was a mammoth problem and he told me exactly what all points to consider for sure. He gave me 30 minutes to begin with. When he came back after 30 minutes, we discussed my approach. He was satisfied with my “factors” to be considered for the problem but stopped me at the data collection approach. He pointed out the flaw and we discussed on that. This took 10 minutes. He then gave me 15 more minutes to work it out. After 10 minutes I again started but was again stopped. Same argument and explanation cycle ensued for about 10 minutes as before. I was given another 10 minutes to think over it. This time I came close, but he said that it was not a final satisfactory answer and he would pass me on a Director for my next round to give me another chance as I had started the case pretty well. Then he asked me if I had any questions for him. I asked about their competition and other companies. He gave me reasonable and well-weighed answers. So, this round went on for around 1.5 hours.
My 3rd and final round was with a Director and this one comprised of the parking lot case study. This round too went on for around 1.5 hours because, though easy, it involved a lot of discussion over the multiple assumptions involved, the discussion on revenues also took a lot of time and he modified the problem with different variables, changed the circumstances of the case altogether, and even asked a different extension question altogether, presumably to see how I reacted with a fickle minded client or changing environments. This round was not as taxing as the previous one, and much more friendly and comfortable in nature.
All in all, I fared pretty well in all 3 rounds and gave detailed answers to all my assumptions and accepted my mistakes when pointed out. Maybe that is why I was the only one to be selected at the end!!!

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 1+ week)
Was shortlisted after a moderately tough written test.
Interview round had 3 case studies round. Mainly Guesstimates + some HR questions...
Some of the guesstimates asked were:
No. of Iphone users in Delhi/India?
Estimate the tea consumption in India?
Estimate the revenue of XYZ Airlines in a year, in India (domestic market)?
and many other were similar to the above. Usually, the questions pertained to demand/consumption of luxury items...
By the assessment, the Guesstimates were emphasized on most, in addition to how well one is dressed...
Hope this helps.
