Interview Details – very specific , very nice , makes sure you can handle the job safely , lets you know upfront what is required and what you have to do and how hard it can be tells you your pay and what you can make and your benefits and calls you in to a second interview

I applied through college or university and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Grande Communications in December 2011.
Interview Details – I interviewed over the phone first and then in person. Interview was everything you would expect with no surprises. It was unusual because it was the first ( and possibly only time) they recruited on campus.
