Tax Intern
San Francisco, CA

I applied through college or university and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Grant Thornton International in February 2009.

Interview Details – Initial communication began with meeting the company at a career fair. If they are interested in you, they will invite you in for a first round interview. Mine took place at my college both the greeter and the interviewer were very nice people. Definitely a very competitive firm. Basic interview questions during the first round. I was called in about two days later for a second round interview that lasted about five hours. It consisted of interviewing with three different people and you rotate with other candidates. After they take you out to eat, which was the most laid back part of the event.
