Interviewed Jul 2010 in Denver, CO (took 3 months)
easy and general phone interview, asking mainly about why I was leaving my current employer, then a general overview of the position I was applying for. Then they invite you for a person to person, consisting of two call center managers and they take turns asking your situational questions. very friendly and very easy if you've ever interviewed for a customer service job before.

Interviewed Apr 2008 in Denver, CO (took 2 days)
The first step was to attend a job fair for the company and provide background information. If your background appeared to match the skills desired for the position, you were called back for an interview with a manager and team-member from your area. The interview process was traditional and fairly straight forward, but the company did not get back about the position for almost four months. When they did contact me there was no apology for the time delay, so I told them I was not interested in pursuing the position.
