Interview Details – They scheduled an interview with me via e-mail, no phone interview. The on-site interview took me half an hour in their office. The interview first explained their organization, what projects they were working on, and why they wanted to hire someone during the summer. Then she asked me about some general questions such as: tell me about yourself, your past experience, have you lead a group over 5 people. She told me that they preferred to hire someone who has project management experience. In one week, they told me that they decided to hire another candidate.
