Interviewed Apr 2012 (took 2 weeks)
I received an email saying I was selected for a first round interview. The first round was over the phone. It went pretty smooth and was more like a conversation. Second round was more of a fit interview. The people are more interested in getting to know you and figuring out whether or not you are a good fit.

Interviewed Feb 2012 (took 3 weeks)
After interviewing over webcam and phone with 4 members of the senior leadership team for a Director level role, it was 'crickets' from anyone at the company for over a week. Only after sending a follow up email did I finally hear from them. They called to say I was not right for the roll, but then proceeded to offer me a role at an associate level, something I have not heard for 10 years...insulting!! The economy might not be good, but don't insult professional people!! Glad to not be working with people who treat candidates that way.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Burlington, VT (took a day)
30 minute phone interview by HR recruiter following employee referral. Scripted questions with little attention to my actual experience, particularly since I had a somewhat "non-traditional" background. At least did not have 3+ years of Marketing experience to talk about. After the interview I followed up 3 times in 2 months with the recruiter but was told each time that the group that made the decisions was "traveling a lot". It would be my guess that this company is experience some growing pains with the recent growth and reorganization of their marketing group
