Interviewed Jan 2009 in Farmington Hills, MI (took 1 week)
Started with a 15 minute phone interview followed by a online personality assessment. Then I was called the next day to schedule a 1:1 interview. The interview was appx 30-45 mins mainly behavioral questions and customer service skills that would qualify me for the CSR position. Went smoothly.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took a day)
The time from interview to job offer for a position at GreenPath was only a few days. The interview process was rather informal, the interview was business attire but it was more more conversational rather than your typical interview predetermined by specific questions hand selected by the employer or interviewer. The more human and personable you are with your interviewer the better your chances are for being hired, the one daunting thing about interviewing is the personality test you must take by selecting multiple choice answers for various situations and to describe yourself, this takes roughly 45 minutes. Following the personality test is a typing test to ensure your ability to type with proficient accuracy and speed. Just be sure to be personable, polite, properly mannered, and well spoken with your interviewer and don't over think the personality test

Interviewed May 2010 in Farmington Hills, MI (took 2 months)
I applied for the position at a college job fair. I did a phone interview with their recruiter. I then had an interview with two supervisors in-person. They all asked standard interview questions. It took 2 months for an email response basically saying thank you but no thank you. I thought it was ridiculous that it took that long for them to respond. I constantly was emailing the hiring supervisor on the status of my application. They expect you to be courteous and respectful but they didn't reciprocate that treatment.

Interviewed Feb 2008 in Farmington Hills, MI (took 3 weeks)
HR came into the University career center. I interviewed for the position. Called numerous times after interview and never received an answer. Found out that I had a friend working in the call center. Forwarded my info to him which in turn he forwarded to HR and then received a call back. It seems no matter how hard you try by putting a 45 minute application online, you still need to know someone.
