Interviewed Jan 2007 in Cambridge, ON (Canada) (took 4 days)
I was asked to come back an hour later than my scheduled time as their was a crisis happening that they needed to deal with ASAP. I then came back and had to wait another 30 minutes.

You will be asked to role play a situation on the spot. (i.e. dealing with an upset customer)
