Interviewed Apr 2010 in Kirkland, WA (took 3 weeks)
First we spoke on the phone. He talked for about 2 hours. Then I met with him in person and he spoke for 3 hours. I wasn't sure if I got the job because he never let me speak, but in the end I did. Other employees had the same experience.
