Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Seattle, WA Apr 2011 – Reviewed Feb 25, 2013
Interview Details – I was surprised to be contacted at all, as I didn't have the experience required for the position (although I did have 10 years of background in a health care setting). I was called and had a first interview with the hiring manager and several people I'd be working with. It was pretty straightforward, but there were some tough questions about how I'd overcome the lack of experience. A lot of emphasis on working with teams. And some questions about Lean (I was unfamiliar with it) and efficiency issues. Then, about three weeks later, I was called for a second interview, which was one:one with the hiring manager.
Interview Question – They gave me about 6 sample service requests and asked me to prioritize them in the order I'd complete them. I asked for more information about some in particular, and they said, "no, this is all the information you have". I had to say what was most urgent, etc. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I tried but was told there was no room for negotiation, and since I didn't have the specific experience the job asked for, I didn't feel I could push.

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Seattle, WA Oct 2010 – Reviewed Nov 16, 2011
Interview Details –
Was introduced through a recruiter. The process included a phone interview, a panel interview and a 1:1 interview. I did not have to go through HR screening.
The office is brand new and very nice. The panel interview was very easy - I was asked some general questions and got an opportunity to ask questions as well. The interview with management was a little more difficult. They seemed to care more about my personality than what related experience I could offer.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details – They seems to be able to offer a good salary and benefits package if they seem to like you. It seemed like there was a lot of room for negotiating once I figured out I was the selected candidate.
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Seattle, WA Jun 2008 – Reviewed Mar 25, 2010
Interview Details – Interview process was very thorough. Was interviewed by hiring manager as well as the staff that I would manage. Learned about the job through employee referral and applied on website (everyone has to apply on line to be considered). Got a call the day after I entered my application and sent an email to my prospective manager (HR Director). We had a great deal in common in both past experience and goals and missions for the future. Was made a contingent job offer a few days later and a final offer after successfully passing background check. Company was in a state of change and has continued to be in a constant state of change since that time. It has been an exciting place to work with opportunity to do a lot of innovation.
Interview Question – Questions were related to giving examples of where I had performed the work described in the job description in previous jobs View Answer
Negotiation Details – Able to negotiate a salary somewhat above midpoint (SOP) and receive an excellent benefit package with a lot of flexibility and paid time off as needed.
Declined Offer – Interviewed in Seattle, WA Jan 2007 – Reviewed Mar 19, 2009
Interview Details – 2 on 1 interview (w/ MD and HR). HR person seemed disorganized.
Interview Question – None...they were all the basic questions Answer Question
Reason for Declining – After not hearing anything for 3 weeks, I finally got HR on the phone. HR wanted to call my current employer (who was not aware I was looking for employment elsewhere), so I told her that if she could offer me the job (along with what I would be paid and benefits) on a contingent basis(I knew that getting a great review from my current employer would not be a problem), I would agree to let her call my current employer. She would not agree to it, so I declined to go any further.
Accepted Offer – Reviewed Aug 7, 2012
Interview Details – Great questions, professional interview.
Negotiation Details – Salary range already in place. Good starting salary, didn't need to negotiate.
No Offer – Interviewed in May 2010 – Reviewed Jun 14, 2010
Interview Details – Submitted online application, then email offer for a phone interview with panel, roughly 45-60 minutes in length. Phone interview was then followed by email offer for an in-person interview for the following week, 60 mins in length, meeting the team. Questions were prepared in advance and round-robin in the face interview, but casual and allowed for interchange, questions, clarifications, follow on questions. New building, great team, comfortable interview. Senior panel members in terms of technical skill and longevity with the company. Friendly, supportive, knowledgable.
