Interviewed Dec 2011 in Washington, DC (took a day)
The interviewer didn't really give an option to discuss my qualifications. I assumed that when they were calling me, they had already seen my resume. However, it seemed as if the interviewer was calling me to meet some sort of quota rather than because she was interested in me.
The only thing she asked me was to summarize my previous work experience after explaining the purpose of the phone interview (prescreening). I did appreciate that she gave me immediate feedback.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Chicago, IL (took 2 weeks)
I applied online for the Account Manager position, a few days later received an email from one recruiter to schedule a phone interview with a different recruiter, about a week later. The phone interview was pretty standard, lasted about a half hour and consisted of the usual questions (familiarity with the company, background, skills, etc). I was invited for an in-person interview a week or so afterwards, and met with two account manager supervisors for about a half hour each. Once again we covered my background and what I could bring to the company, both seemed very interested and engaging. Since then, I've reached out to the original recruiters and aside from one email stating they would "have more information for me soon" I've had no contact. While I felt I'm qualified for the position, at age 30 with 8+ years work experience I get the feeling the company only hires fresh-out-of-college kids for as little pay as possible.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Chicago, IL (took 1 week)
Phone interview came first and it was fine, then went in on a Saturday for the real deal...except it felt more like a cattle call than an interview. And at 31, I knew the minute I walked in that I was WAY too old a heifer to make the grade - everyone else there looked closer to 24. The folks interviewing me were 27 at the oldest. I really felt pretty out of place and silly - walking out of there, I wasn't expecting to get an offer.
The actual interview lasted around 2 hours - they brought a group of us in on a Saturday, and we each got interviewed by two different members of the management team. When that was done I kind of got left in room by myself for ten minutes, then the HR lady came and escorted me back to the elevator.
So not bad, but not the best!
