Two interviews: very cold and very quick, no time to shine, only time to express the minimum. The process was very frustrating for the candidate: it felt as though my experience, personnality and ideas did not matter
They were followed by a VBA/Excel skill test that accounted for everything: very interesting test, although a bit tough.
