Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 1 week)
the recruiter did not have enough experience. The process was not as I expected, he did not meet the expectations I had. He questioned me instead to help me trying to get a job that match my skills. I ended up interviewing my recruiter, the fact he was too young and he was kind of inexperience made the process did not meet my expectations

Interviewed May 2011 in Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo (Brazil) (took a day)
I heard from a friend of mine that they were recruiting for the security guard position, at one of the Avenida Paulista Branches. I had previous experience in customer services, since I worked as a mail man for a few months. I went in the branch, talked with the branch manager, and turned in my resume. Immediately he started interviewing me for the security guard position. I didn't have a lot of experience in the area but he was happy with my customer service skills and the fact I could help people in other languages, other than Portuguese.

Be prepared to be asked questions regarding market and current news regarding the firm. Know why you want to apply for the position and what makes you a better candidate. Try to communicate in the same tone/ perspective of the position/ title of the interviewer. Ex, if MD, may want to focus more on bigger pictures regarding how you may bring performance to the team.
