Interviewed May 2010 in Chicago, IL (took 5 days)
The interview process was fairly easy. Mine consisted of a phone interview, 1 on 1 interview, and a panel interview. The entire process took about 5 days before I got the offer. I have worked there for a few years now. I can say that it is one of the best work environments I have ever been exposed to. Everyone gets a long really well and the work is very enjoyable. I highly recommend!

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Chicago, IL (took 2 weeks)
I saw a posting online and sent my resume with a cover letter. About a week later, I had a brief chat and then was invited for an in-person one on one interview. That went well. The next step was a pc skill test which also went very well. I also had an interview with 2 people at the same time. The people were very nice and easy going. The interview process went great for me. BUT, here's where things change. When it came to negotiating pay, let's just say the pay is soooo bad. If they guarantee (pun intended) anything, it's offering a dirt cheap pay rate. I'm talking about way below industry average. The company is clearly taking advantage of the weak economy and seems to be looking for people who are desperately trying to take any kind of a job and at any wage. This is a shame considering it is a fast growing company that is growing in size and in sales. Now, I should also mention the other benefits the company has: on-site gym, 10 paid vacation days, a 2% 401K match, career advancement opportunities, and a decent health insurance plan. So if you value the perks over the pay, then maybe this gig is for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere for a company that will pay a fair wage.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Chicago, IL (took 3 days)
I submitted my resume for a marketing position that was posted. I received a phone call the next day asking for me to come in for an interview. I went in and when I got there they gave me the choice of interviewing for a processor position or a sales assistant position... (what happened to the marketing position I was prepared to interview for?) I am currently a sales assistant and so I told the lady that one.
I met the person I would be working for, told him my current salary and bonus. I walked out of there so disappointed!
I got home and there was an offer in my email in-box. The salary was less than I'm currently making and the bonus is less than I am currently making! What a joke.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
I declined because I felt shafted. I thought I was interviewing for one position and they switched it on me. Also, the salary and bonus was significantly less than what I am currently making.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
