Interviewed Dec 2011 in Denver, CO (took 2 days)
Recieved an email from the SVP of IT asking for phone interview in the morning and again at the end of the day. We connected on a phone interview on a Thurs the following week. He said that he would let me know as soon as possible if I would go to the next step which was a 1:1 with him and if that went well I would meet w/his staff to ensure a good fit. The next day I got an email to sched an interview on on one. We met and he made me feel very comfortable. It was encouraging to me in that he emailed me later that day for a group meeting the next day with the team. Each one (six of them) asked me a couple of questions. It was very comfortable environment even though I was the nervous one. That same day I was advised that I did not get the position but I also got extremely positive feedback from the SVP on my interviews. I would work for him in a heartbeat. I can say that this was the BEST interview I have ever been on even tho I didnt get the job. Everyone was extremely nice, professional yet personable and respectful. SVP communicated every step of the way.
