Interviewed Aug 2010 in Moscow (Russia) (took 1+ week)
1. Phone interview with staffing agency
2. 1:1 interview with a Commercial Director
3. Group interview with General Manager and President/owner of the Company
All the interviews were led in a very friendly and positive way. Each of the interview had taken 1.5 - 2 hours with different questions concerning to previous experience, background and achivements. There were a lot of questions of the gotten relations in other than Russia countries as the position was established for business in former USSR countries extension and development. After the last interview I've got job offer next day.
